Administrative Support:- * Process invoices & Delivery Orders. * Daily update Sales Report. * Manage Inventory and coordinate with warehouse & logistic. * Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital). * Prepare SOA and documents as needed by sales team. * Manage data entry, database updates, and digital records. 2. Office Management:- * Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. * Coordinate building management for office repair, renovations, or maintenance work. * Supervise office security and access control (keys, ID cards, etc.).
