HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) 
- work from home 
- Salary RM 3000-4500 
- Monday-Friday, alternative Saturday 9.00am-7.00pm with 2 hours break 
- annual leave 30 days

- phone allowance 
 
- collect and review departments' timekeeping and attendance records 
- transmit information from time management software and check for accuracy of information 
- enter data into database and spreadsheet and maintain payroll records 
- track and record employees' leaves 
- responding to employees' queries and resolving issues 
- process full cycle of monthly payroll 
- perform weekly and monthly payroll procedures 
 
- fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
- can work independently 
- strong interpersonal and communication skills 
- proficient in MS Office 
- basic English & fluent in Chinese
