Job Details
Responsibilities: 
•	Actively promote wellness packages (IV drips, stem cell therapy, detox programs) to walk-in clients and via phone/email 
•	Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and convert them into sales 
•	Meet monthly sales targets (e.g., RM20k–RM50k) through upselling and cross-selling 
•	Assist front desk with bookings and billing during peak hours 
•	Manage complaints and ensure post-treatment follow-ups for retention 
•	Build relationships with corporate clients for bulk wellness memberships 
•	Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads 
Requirements: 
•	1–3 years of sales experience (wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare preferred) 
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients 
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets 
•	Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus 
•	Persuasive communicator with prove
