Job Details

Perform general clerical duties, including , faxing, mailing, filing and information piling.  Assist in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents and packages . Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Assist in the preparation of regularly or praoject basis scheduled reports. Coordinate to process invoices,payment voucher and all the required paper work  Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
