Key Responsibilities: 
•	Sales Support: 
•	Coordination and Communication: 
o	Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. 
o	Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on sales inquiries. 
•	Order Processing: 
o	Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products. 
o	Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders. 
•	Reporting and Documentation: 
o	Document and archive all sales-related information and correspondence. 
•	Product Knowledge: 
o	Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s IT products and services. 
•	Administrative Tasks: 
 
Qualifications: 
•	Education: 
o	Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
•	Experience: 
o	Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
