Job Details
1. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and adept at providing guidance to workers on project specifications 2. Oversee and monitor the efficiency and productivity of site workers, ensuring progress aligns with project timelines. 3. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of workers' attendance and prioritizing safety protocols on site. 4. Fetch foreign workers from their quarters, utilizing company vehicles (if provided). 5. Attend to regular meetings with main contractors to align with targeted project schedules and address site-related issues promptly. 6. Attend all project site meetings, as well as technical meetings with clients or consultants. 7. Prepare comprehensive Work Done reports for each respective project in a timely manner, addressing key aspects and development. 8. Any other ad-hoc or special task as assigned by Construction Manager from time to time.
