Job description Job Responsibilities: Conduct and manage swimming classes effectively. Ensure students' safety at all times. Teach and engage students using the provided syllabus. Develop students' swimming skills progressively. Create a fun and interactive learning environment. Follow standard operating procedures for swim instructors. Adhere to Shark Fin’s rules and regulations. Job Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years and above. Basic swimming skills are required; teaching experience is an advantage. Strong and clear communication skills. Passionate, caring, and able to engage well with children. Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends. Working hours: Weekdays: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM Weekends: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (weekday off) Training will be provided.
