Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals • Promote and sell our travel packages to new and existing customers • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable travel solutions • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs • Conduct product presentations and assist customers with travel planning • Stay up-to-date with travel trends and new offerings • Process customer bookings and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Job Criteria: • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Experience in sales is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Positive attitude and self-motivated, with a passion for the travel industry • Ability to work well in a team and independe
