JOB DESCRIPTION 
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections on returned machines and spare parts to assess condition and usability. 
- Assist in the refurbishment and restoration of machines and spare parts to a functional and acceptable condition. 
- Ensure all refurbished parts and machines are securely packed for storage or shipment, preventing any potential damage during transportation of storage. 
- Maintain accurate records of all used copier machines and spare parts, tracking their condition, refurbishment progress, and final status. 
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to copier machines withdrawn to the warehouse. 
- Work closely with warehouse staff to identify machine malfunctions and ensure repairs are completed on time and to specification. 
- Assist in performing quality checks on refurbished machines and parts to ensure they meet established company standards and functional requirements.
