Senior Executive, Marketing Responsibilities: * Customer Relationship & Lead Management: Oversee and optimize the CRM system, analyze client data to improve targeting, create tailored marketing campaigns, maintain up-to-date client information, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and clients. * Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management, evaluate campaign success using KPIs to recommend improvements, and track market trends and competitor activities for valuable insights. * Events & Public Relations: Organize marketing events, develop and distribute media materials, coordinate with external partners, and work alongside other departments for joint initiatives. * Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring that all marketing activities remain within the approved financial framework. * Additional Duties: Perform other tasks
