An Accounts and Admin Assistant provides both accounting support and administrative assistance, managing financial records, processing invoices, and performing general office task. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall efficiency of the company. Responsibilities: Accounting: 1. Maintaining financial records and databases. 2. Recording transactions, preparing invoices, and statements. 3. Managing account payable and receivable. 4. Assisting with budget preparation and reconciliation of bank. 5. Processing payroll and expense reports. 6. Generating financial reports for management. 7.
