Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing: 
 
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.) 
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and related documents 
- Manage monthly/quarterly management reports and ensure timely closing 
- Liaise with clients on financial data, queries, and document collection 
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements 
- Work closely with our internal team and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, tax agents) 
 
What We’re Looking For: 
 
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field 
- 1-2 years experience handling full-set accounts (preferably in a firm or outsourced setting) 
- Familiar with SQL, Xero, or similar accounting software 
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset 
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and client portfolios 
- Bonus: Experience with payroll or SST submissions
