Job Responsibilities: - Response to customer’s enquiry. - Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions. - Oversee product sample handling, includes request, track, pack, and record keeping. - Maintain product document database, include specification, supporting documents relevant Quality, Food Safety and Halal certificates. - Assist sales department for any document request whenever required. Other duties as assigned.
