Job Details
Hybrid – 2-3 days in office per week 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
1) Assist in Accounts Receivable tasks, including reconciliation on collections, generating invoice, dealing with customer and data entry into system 
2) Generating monthly Debtor Statement / Income Statement and send to all Debtors 
3 ) Assist in Accounts Payable tasks, including compiling and checking of vendors documents / receipts, staff claims, preparation of payment voucher and data entry into system 
4) Preparation of Bank Reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records 
5) Work closely with operations, sales and marketing team to ensure completeness of information and documents 
6) Support month-end and year-end closing procedures 
7) Support GST, SST and e-Invoice submission 
8) Responsible to attend ad hoc assignment assigned by superior 
 
Job Competencies / Requirements: 
1) LCCI Higher / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accountancy 
2) Possess minimum 3-5 years wor
