4.	Coordinate and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers. 
5.	Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and professional feedback. 
6.	Manage job offers and confirmations, ensuring a smooth transition for selected candidates. 
7.	Lead onboarding sessions, including company inductions on the first day to ensure a welcoming experience.
