Customer Service & Admin Support 
Job Description / Responsibilities: 
- Respond to incoming call or walk in customers regarding inquiries on PSV course, e-hailing car drivers registration roadtax, PSV and insurance renewal services. 
- Provide accurate information and professional assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. 
- Update and maintain data recording 
- Administrative tasks handling. 
 
Requirements: 
- Minimum SPM or equivalent. 
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin is an added advantage). 
- Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills. 
- Previous experience in customer service or admin support is preferred. 
Work location: Setia Tropika Johor.
