Job Details
- Identify key influences and decision-makers with customers and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship. 
- Monitor internal & external provision with granted budget thru distributors and provide updates and appropriate reporting procedures 
- Identify issues on customers’ ordering, updating the stock balance, and operation matters. 
- To lead & motivate distributors sales personnel with proper guidance 
- Expand the relationships with existing and new customers 
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal team, and distributors 
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust 
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics 
- Performs yearly sales activities calendar on assigned accounts and proceed negotiation 
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly forecast 
- Establish and control budgets for sales
