Key Responsibilities: 
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms. 
 
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 
 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
 
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved. 
 
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. 
 
Provide product or service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. 
 
Requirements: 
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
