*To build and maintain good relationships with customers. *Handle customer inquiries professionally. *Maintain existing customers and develop new customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. *Retain a dynamic and effective sales & retail team with good integrity and team spirit. *Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities with full commitment. To achieve monthly sales target. *Ensure and enhance the brand’s image through the right execution of the visuals, merchandising and POS activities. *Ensure monthly accuracy stock and inventory management. *Compile daily and monthly sales reports. *Coordinate new launches and events with internal and external team members. *Able to perform an ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned.
