Job Scope / Responsibilities To draw plan using AutoCAD software. Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals. Support project planning, design development, and construction documentation Prepare and oversee preparation of Authorities’ submission drawings. Liaise with various government agencies for authority approvals and matters. Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision Able to work independently & responsible. Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements Degree in Architecture (Part I / Part II or equivalent) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Sketch-up Strong design flair and technical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Dedicated individual that willing to grow with the company.
