JOB OVERVIEW: 
We are seeking a responsible, well-organised, and dynamic Secretary to the CEO to provide administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, tech-savvy, and capable of multi-tasking in corporate environment. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Perform general secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO 
Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) 
Arrange CEO’s travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and restaurant arrangements. 
Track CEO’s monthly expenses and handle basic account entries 
Coordinate internal and external meetings. 
 
Draft correspondence / emails 
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and information. 
 
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 
Minimum Diploma qualification / Degree preferred 
At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary, PA, or in an Administrative role 
 
Fluent in English, both written & verb
