Job Scope: Green Building Consultant • Work on projects related to GreenRE and GBI certification for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. • Review Architectural and M&E drawings to ensure compliance with MS1525 and green building certification criteria. • Attend site visits and participate in client and consultant coordination meetings. • Compile and prepare documentation for Design Assessment (DA) and Completion & Verification Assessment (CVA) submissions. • Support and conduct Energy Audit projects. • Stay current with sustainable building trends and green technologies.
