Job Details

Coordinate incident tickets, by create & assign tickets to Field Service Teams and insure resolution and closure within the service level agreement (SLA). Request site surveys and provide quotations, raise POs for the daily field service activities. Interact daily with Field Service team across 11 countries. Respond to customer queries, priority tickets, arrange and schedule service appointments accordingly with customer sites. Oversee the end-to-end service delivery inclusive of tickets closure and billing. Ensure installation, delivery and deployment services are delivered to customers in a consistent, high quality and professional manner using structured and disciplined practices to ensure stable post & after-sales services are consistent with company initiatives and expectations. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls day-to-day operations to meet or exceed targeted goals including financially profitability, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while adhering
