Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge. -Drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products effectively. -Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays. -Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and keeping accurate records. Requirements: -Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline -Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience -Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage for serving diverse clientele) -Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality -Sales-driven and result-oriented -Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours -Added advantage for those with jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications
