Plan and manage the administration and operational activities of AGV Section. 1. Increase the automation level of the plant by introducing Auto Guided Vehicle (AGV) as a medium of part or vehicle transfer. 2. Identify potential areas to introduce AGV to ease the transfer operation of parts, bodies and etc. to replace man, EZ-go or forklift transfer. 3. Continuously review and improve the current AGV supply mechanisms by introducing automated supply and automated return using Karakuri. 4. To provide training to users on AGV operation and troubleshooting, list of spare parts, AM and TPM check sheets and etc. during project handover. 5. Perform R&D on AGV by localizing the technology for cost reduction to create more opportunity to enhance the plant automation level. 6. Provide regional support on IFA matters and standardize the practices across the TCMA plants. 7. Participate in cross-functional activities when requested. 8. Perform any other duties or assignments
