Job Details

1. Handle all bank account related queries and matters - document preparation, submission to banks, following up, setting up online banking and mobile banking, account maintenance, settling issues that may arise from account usage, maintaining records etc. 2. Handle all legal firm related queries and matters – document preparation, coordination for agreement signing, coordinate with relevant department to provide accurate responses on a timely manner, payment arrangement etc. 3. Assist to manage calendars, schedule, liaise and coordinate daily tasks between internal and external team members. 4. Preparation of items for new companies’ setup – Company logo, letterhead, name card, Rubber stamp. 5. Application of new Mobile lines (Postpaid and Prepaid) and TM Unifi accounts and maintenance of existing accounts. 6. Application of new Business Licenses for offices or factories. 7. Handle LHDN matters in terms of MyTax registration, tax submission etc. 8. Co
