Key Responsibilities 
Marketplace & Website Operations (Approx. 20% of time) 
- Maintain and update product listings across SiteGiant-integrated platforms 
(Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Shopify). 
- Ensure product details, photos, and prices remain accurate and aligned with the 
merchandiser’s direction. 
- Upload new arrivals, adjust campaign tags, and implement basic promotional 
changes as directed. 
 
Customer Service & Brand Experience (Approx. 70% of time) 
- Handle all customer enquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and all 
marketplaces promptly and professionally. 
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales communication (order tracking, returns, 
exchanges, feedback). 
- Maintain a warm, solution-oriented, and brand-consistent tone in every reply. 
 
- Track common questions or issues and propose improvements to enhance the online 
shopping experience. 
 
Order Fulfillment & Coordination (Approx. 10% of time)
