Job Scope & Responsibilities: · Assist Accounts Department in sorting, organizing, and filing financial documents (e.g. invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, bank statements, etc.) for previous financial years. · Label and arrange files according to company filing standards. · Perform basic data entry or scanning to digitize old records (if required). · Maintain confidentiality of all financial documents. · Ensure filing room/area is tidy and properly organized. Requirements: · Minimum SPM or equivalent. · Detail-oriented and organized. · Able to handle confidential information with care. · Basic understanding of accounting documents is an added advantage. · Female candidates are encouraged to apply. · Available to start immediately.
