Role Purpose Drive membership sales. Lead the sales team. Maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities Set monthly targets Lead, train, and motivate sales staff Track daily performance and conversion rates Manage lead generation and follow-up processes Monitor competitor pricing and offers Report weekly to General Manager on KPIs Ensure CRM system is updated and accurate Handle escalated sales issues and complaints Requirements Minimum 3 years in sales, 1 year in team leadership Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in hitting sales targets Experience in fitness or hospitality preferred Able to work evenings and weekends when needed Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting KPIs Membership growth Lead conversion rate Team performance metrics Client retention rate
