Job Details
Role Purpose: 
Support daily gym operations. Deliver fast, clear, and helpful service to members. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Member Inquiry Management 
Greet members and guests at the front desk 
Respond to walk-in, phone, and online inquiries 
Resolve complaints or escalate to Club Manager 
Maintain accurate member records in the system 
 
2. Gym Operations Handling 
Open and close the club on time 
Ensure gym floor, lockers, and reception are clean and safe 
Monitor access control and enforce club rules 
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams 
 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 
Response time to member inquiries 
Member satisfaction score (via feedback or surveys) 
Accuracy of member data entry 
Cleanliness and readiness of gym facilities 
Timeliness and quality of daily opening/closing procedures 
 
Requirements: 
Minimum SPM or equivalent 
1 year of customer service experience preferred 
Able to work shifts, weekends,
