Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Contract Stage Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities (BQ). Conduct cost analysis based on architectural drawings, engineering plans, and material specifications. Liaise with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure cost accuracy and feasibility. Evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and prepare tender comparisons and recommendations. Identify cost risks and propose mitigation strategies. 2. Post-Contract Stage Manage and monitor project cost control, variations, and progress claims. Prepare monthly valuations, interim payment applications, and final accounts. Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims and progress payments. Maintain up-to-date project cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
