1. Develop, manage and monitor contents on social media and help to create marketing contents for social media outreach purposes and in campaign micro sites and social applications. 2. Improve, implement or update social media posting channels pertaining to present promotions/ events, photo galleries, comments, etc. 3. Monitor, evaluate, research and administer social media tools on a daily basis and generate reports and analytics 4. Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed 5. Analysing results, customer’s need and wants, market conditions and competitor’s data in all social media channel 6. Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the outlet/brand’s website, Facebook, blogs, etc. 7. Dealing with general internal and external feedback or correspondence promptly. 8. Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and to identify and analyse competitor
