Job Details
The Mechanical and Electrical Engineer is responsible to prepare plans for Mechanical and Electrical Works in Buildings and infrastructure construction (e.g. lighting, power, telecommunication, security system, air‐conditioning , mechanical ventilation, fire protection etc.) He/she coordinates the M&E works with other professional like the architects, the quantity surveyor, the structural engineer, and seek approval from local authorities the plans and proposals made for a particular given projects. The responsibilities also includes the preparation of M&E tender documents, specifications, evaluation and the supervision of works to ensure the contractor’s compliance to the building project contract.
