Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to support the company’s strategic growth. The role conducts market research, analyses industry trends, and builds strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. This position prepares proposals, presentations, and business cases, while coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure successful execution of initiatives. The Senior Executive also monitors performance of existing accounts, develops strategies to enhance revenue, and provides insights to management to support informed decision-making and long-term business expansion. Successful candidate may require to relocate in West Malaysia upon management's discretion.
