Job Details
Customer Service: 
•	Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. 
•	Provide product information, recommend items, and address customer inquiries. 
•	Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. 
 
Sales: 
•	Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.-Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets. 
•	Process cash and card transactions efficiently at the checkout counter. 
 
Store Maintenance: 
•	Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. 
•	Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels. 
•	Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries. 
 
 
Visual Merchandising: 
•	Arrange displays to highlight promotions and best-selling items. 
•	Ensure all products are tagged and displayed according to company guidelines. 
 
 
Team Collaboration: 
•	Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
