Full job description 1. Recruitment & Selection · Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. · Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. · Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks. · Ensure smooth onboarding for newly hired employees. · Maintain and update recruitment records and reports. 2. Employee Records, Documentation & Compliance · Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. · Ensure proper documentation for employment contracts, renewals, and terminations. · Assist in processing employee confirmation, promotions, and transfers. · Keep track of leave records and attendance management. · Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents, including employee personal files, disciplinary records, performance appraisals, and training documents. · Ensure all HR documents are accurately recorded, stored secure
