-Price /Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. -Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other relevant documentation. -Track change of the design and or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Requirement: -Candidates must possess at a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or any other equivalent qualification. -Minimum 2 year experience and above. -Based in Jelutong -Able to work independently and minimum supervision. -Able to start immediately is advantage. -Good communication in Malay and English language. -Good attitude, positive thinking and committed to excellence. Salary: Negotiable based on experienced. Job Type: Permanent
