Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management & Reporting • You need to oversee full spectrum of finance functions including GL, AP, AR, billing, and month-end/year-end closing. 2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis • Able to support pricing decisions by analysing cost structures, margins, and trade lane profitability. 3. Cash Flow & Credit Control • You need to oversee credit control, customer credit limits, and collection strategies. 4. Cost Control & Payables Management • You need to ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices (airlines/ IATA, shipping lines, hauliers, & agents). 5. Compliance, Audit & Governance • Able to coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. 6. Systems & Process Improvement • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and controls. • Ensure accurate job costing and integration between operations and finance. 7.
