Job Summary: The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth internal coordination, manages sales documentation, and helps maintain customer records. It is primarily office-based, though occasional customer communication may be required. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, and invoices • Update customer records and sales data in the system • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to track order status • Support the sales team in office tasks and meetings • Communicate with customers for basic queries or order confirmations • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations Skills & Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field • Good communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office; basic understanding of CRM is a plus • Detail-oriented and team playe
