Job Description • Conduct embroidery software training to end customer on software operation & embroidery digitizing • Post-training support to end customer on digitizing issues • Design and digitize embroidery files from artwork and produce embroidery samples to support Sales & Marketing activities • Test and modify embroidery files to meet quality standards • Trouble-shooting embroidery digitizing issues for external & internal customers • Collaborate with team members to ensure shared goals and targets are achieved within the deadline Requirements • Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software such as Tajima DG, Pulse, Wilson or etc. would be an added advantage • Knowledge of vector-based software such as Abode illustrator or CorelDRAW would be an added advantage • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently • Excellent time management and prioritization skills •
