Purchasing Clerk RESPONSIBILITIES *Responsible for all general purchasing (planning, sourcing, negotiation and ordering) *Responsible to prepare and submit of quotation within given time frame *To coordinate technical clarification with engineers to ensure quotation complies and meets the requirement stated in material requisition *Responsible to update monthly reports related to purchasing activities (Systematic filling, checking and data updating master list in system) *Liaise with supplier for quotations, coordinate delivery schedule, generate price comparison and other purchasing order related. *Coordinate and monitor all purchases – issues purchase order and liaise with suppliers. *To manage administrative duties efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. *To assist in daily administrative duties and any other duties assigned by superior from time to time REQUIREMENTS *Candidates must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Bu
