Role Overview 
The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for supporting store performance while delivering exceptional and personalized customer experiences. This role works closely with the Store Manager to lead the retail team, manage daily operations, and ensure the store consistently meets sales targets and operational standards. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Leadership & Coaching 
Mentor and support Retail Consultants to deliver high-quality, personalized service 
Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and store sales targets 
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment 
 
Operational Excellence 
Oversee daily store operations including inventory and stock management 
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained 
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies 
 
Commercial Performance 
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics 
Support initiatives to drive sales results and improv
