Job Details
• To carry out daily QC tests on in process and finished product. • To carry out incoming Raw Material testing. • To perform 5S and maintain the cleanliness of the lab • To calibrate lab equipment • To perform any other job required by superior. • Regularly monitor QC, calibration, instrument logbook records to ensure compliance with SOPs • To manage the overall operations of the laboratory to ensure an efficient, reliable, and consistent analysis. • Developing standard operating procedures to ensure strict compliance to ISO 9001-2015 standards and also customer’s quality requirements. • To arrange collection of sample for lab testing. • To oversee Lab consumable purchase and track budget and expenditure. Requirement : • Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions strictly • Good teamwork and communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to industrial testing methods • Ability to work
