Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role includes handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules, assisting with communication, and helping departments with various clerical duties. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital). Order office supplies and manage inventory. Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating HR paperwork. Support bookkeeping tasks (e.g., invoicing, expense reports, petty cash).
