Key Responsibilities 
Reception & Front Desk Management 
•	Welcome and greet visitors, customers, and guests professionally. 
•	Manage front desk operations and maintain a pleasant reception area. 
•	Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages efficiently. 
•	Handle visitor registrations, appointments, and meeting arrangements. 
•	Receive and distribute mails, parcels, and documents. 
Customer Service Support 
•	Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. 
•	Provide accurate information regarding company products and services. 
•	Handle customer complain
