What we're looking for Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or debt collection within a financial services environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively over the telephone Excellent listening and negotiation abilities to understand customer circumstances and arrange suitable payment solutions Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effective Computer literacy and proficiency with customer A valid driving licence would be advantageous for potential field visit requirements Fluency in Malay and English is essential; additional language skills are a bonus SPM leaver are encourage to apply
