Key responsibilities Processing and maintaining employee records, including recruitment documentation, contracts, and personnel files Managing employee leave requests, attendance records and maintaining timekeeping systems Preparing HR correspondence, reports and payroll documentation for processing Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information Supporting the administration of benefits, insurance and employee welfare programmes Responding to routine employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Filing, organising and retrieving HR documentation in both physical and digital formats Assisting with the organisation of HR events and training sessions
