Responsibilities a.Handle banking litigation matters from commencement to execution stage. b.Draft and review cause papers and legal documents. c.Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions. d.Liaise with clients and relevant parties. e.Prepare status reports and attend to client correspondence. f.Manage multiple files and meet deadlines. g.Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required. Requirements a.Admitted to the Malaysian Bar with a valid Practising Certificate. b.Minimum 1 year experience in banking or general litigation. c.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. d.Able to work independently and as part of a team. e.Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. f.Diligent, responsible, and self-motivated. g.Possess own transportation.
