Job Summary: The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and supporting CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. This role focuses on machine setup, tooling, offsets, and first-piece accuracy, while also supporting daily machining operations on the shop floor. Job Responsibilities: 1.CSet up CNC milling machines according to work instructions 2. Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces; set tool and work offsets 3. Perform first-piece machining and ensure dimensional accuracy 4. Operate CNC machines during production runs as required 5. Adjust offsets and cutting parameters to maintain quality and consistency 6. Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T 7. Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, gauges) 8. Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling, and setup issues 9. Support CNC operators and guide them during productio
