JOB DESCRIPTION – COLLECTION ADVISOR Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to follow up on overdue payments. Conduct field visits to customers' installation addresses when required. Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans with customers. Educate customers on payment obligations and available payment methods. Update customer records and visit reports accurately in the company system. Achieve individual monthly collection and visitation targets. Ensure all collection activities comply with company SOPs and policies. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as scheduled. Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification. Possess own transport and a valid driving licence. Good communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is an advantage.
